The Get Active Plus membership normally costs £5.40 and is only available to full time students, the registered disabled, senior citizens or the unemployed claiming certain benefits so don’t miss out!

 

How to apply

 

• Download and complete the Free gym membership application form [PDF 186kb]
• Hand your completed form to any reception at Temple Park Centre, Monkton Stadium or Hebburn Swimming Pool for processing. Please also bring proof of age such as a passport or birth certificate

 

Your Get Active Plus Membership card will be valid for one year and must be presented every time you use one of the leisure facilities to access discounts and rewards.
