The Activity Express Teams will be providing a whole host of free activities over the summer holidays. Come along and try some fun sporting activities. There will be plenty of staff to provide coaching tips on games including uni hoc, kick rounders, tennis, football, cricket, small team games and many more. So let's do it and get active and have plenty of fun with the Activity Express Teams - and remember all activities are FREE!

Look to see if a team is near you, there is no need to book, just come along on the days we are there and bring the appropriate clothing and something to eat and drink.
