NUS Associate Membership: VI Form:
Associate Membership: Sixth Form is available to students who fit one of the following criteria:
- Currently studying Year 12 or 13 at a school
- Currently studying Year 12 or 13 at a VI Form College that does not already have a students' union that is a full member of NUS.
To apply for an NUS Associate Card you will need to:
- Complete the NUS Associate Card (Sixth Form) application form
- Have your application stamped by your school to verify that you are a student
- Provide a standard passport photo (digital camera or other photos will not be accepted)
- Payment of £7 as a cheque or postal order

Q: What discounts can I get with my NUS Associate Card?
A: Your NUS Associate Card will get you a 10% discount in stores such as HMV, TopShop and TopMan.
There is also information about special offers contained in the NUS Associate Card discount booklet, which would have been posted with your NUS Associate Card.
You can also activate your NUS Associate Card with nusonline.co.uk to sign up to receive further information on the latest special offers, discounts and competitions through the nusonline special offers listing and the NUS e-newsletter and other special offer email alerts.
We also recommend that you look out for signs advertising student discounts and ask whether NUS Associate Card is accepted.
